Subscription Terms

Subscription

Kovus is a month-to-month subscription. Your subscription begins on your onboarding date and renews monthly until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@kovus.dev. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month.

Ownership of deliverables

You own your website source code and content from Day 1. On request, we hand over the code repo. Ongoing services (GHL automation, AI search seeding, content engine, monthly reporting) cease on cancellation, but the static website remains yours and can be re-hosted elsewhere.

Service Level

We respond to client communications within 1 hour during AWST business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm). Outside these hours, response by next business day morning.

Refunds

Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. Cancellation simply stops future billing.

Limitation of liability

Kovus's total liability for any matter arising from this agreement is capped at the total fees paid by you in the preceding three months. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
